The Firm

Founded as a sole practice by the late Denis Lince in 1953, the firm has evolved over the years and in March 2002, the partnership became a limited company under the name Lince Salisbury Limited.

While maintaining links with our heritage by retaining the Lince Salisbury name, we have joined the BKR International organisation, a highly respected international association of independent accountants. This association demands the highest standards of its members and provides a world-wide network of expertise.

Our operation has three principals / directors, Michael Fattorini, Greg Robert and Cliff White. Working with them are three qualified managers and an eleven strong team of support staff. Our team structure, and our commitment to the continued development of our staff at all levels ensures that our clients receive an efficient, friendly and world-class service.

With a business history spanning six decades, we have built a large client base which includes small, local companies and in common with the financial sector in Guernsey, we now also provide audit services for a great number of offshore trusts and companies administered by banks and trust companies locally.

Through its wholly owned trust company, Avenue Trust Company Limited, we also offer full trustee and fiduciary services. The company is formally registered and approved with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and is also licensed by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission under The Regulation of Fiduciaries, Administration Businesses and Company Directors, etc. (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2000 to carry out fiduciary activities. We are also permitted to act as auditors to fiduciary businesses.
