The Company provides all the services normally expected of a general accountancy practice with the addition of services typical of the offshore industry in the Island as follows:

Audit

Lince Salisbury carries out the audit of small and medium sized entities ranging from those formed for holding investments of all types to captive insurance and trading companies. Audits are carried out on entities owned by Guernsey residents as well as companies and trusts administered by banks and trust operations in the Island for their offshore clients. While the companies that are audited are mostly incorporated in Guernsey, Lince Salisbury has experience in auditing entities formed in many other jurisdictions. Lince Salisbury is also familiar with the requirements of holding company auditors and completion of the group audit questionnaires that arise.

Accounts preparation

The staff of Lince Salisbury have extensive experience in the preparation of accounts of many types of business ranging from sole traders through to partnerships, companies and trusts.

Management accounts

Lince Salisbury is able to provide management accounts in a form designed to be of use to the client.

Payroll

The Company is able to provide payroll services from provision of the wages calculations through to payment if required.

Taxation

Lince Salisbury is familiar with all taxation aspects in Guernsey. The Company is happy to deal with the taxation affairs of clients across the range from individuals to more complex situations involving companies and trusts. Lince Salisbury is familiar with the regulations regarding residence and principal residence for Guernsey taxation purposes.

Overseas taxation

While Lince Salisbury does not profess to have tax expertise in jurisdictions outside Guernsey, access to fellow members of BKR International ensures that commensurate advice on the tax affairs of any client can be obtained.

Liquidations

Lince Salisbury is familiar with the liquidation requirements of Guernsey companies and individual directors are happy to act as liquidator of a company in certain circumstances.

Trusteeship

Lince Salisbury is able to provide the services of trustees to trusts formed on behalf of residents and non-residents of the Island. These are normally Guernsey trusts. With proper advice the company is also able to supply trusteeships of non Guernsey trusts.

Executorship

Lince Salisbury is able to provide the services of executors to a will.

Offshore Services

Provided sufficient information is received regarding the potential client and the source of his funds etc., Lince Salisbury is able to provide trust and company administration services on behalf of overseas clients together with the provision as appropriate of trustees, directors, registered office facilities etc.
